Our Mission & Vision
Vanguard STEM Academy (VSA) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization established by Ms. Ashley Delpeche. Moreover, It is comprised of two parts: The Individual Coaching Program (ICP) & The Academy.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM (ICP)
The Individual Coaching Program (ICP) is an integral component of Vanguard STEM Academy, and it is in charge of delivering all of the essential guidance and mentorship for subjects or domains that branch out from business and career coaching (interview preparation and resume revision), English, mathematics, and science.
We designed ICP for all age groups, particularly those who do not match The Academy's admissions requirements. If you are a young professional, an adult, or a student (elementary, secondary, and college) in need of aid to pass a course, support with writing an important paper, lack interviewing skills or need resume revision, we can help. THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!
THE ACADEMY BY VANGUARD
A High-Impact Pre-College Pipeline for Future STEM Innovators
The Academy is Vanguard STEM Academy’s flagship 5-month hybrid program designed for students in grades 8–12, including incoming seniors, who are ready to pursue advanced pathways in STEM, business intelligence, and leadership.
From February to June, students engage in intensive, skills-based learning that prepares them for guaranteed admission into Stevens Institute of Technology’s elite Pre-College Summer Programs—including ECOES, Game Design, and Cybersecurity.
Our program includes:
Hands-on training in Excel, Power BI, and data storytelling & Business Intelligence
College and career readiness: résumés, note taking, networking, LinkedIn, FAFSA prep, interview coaching
Capstone projects and team presentations
Mentorship from industry professionals
Sessions take place throughout the month, blending virtual instruction with in-person workshops and field experiences. Students finish the program in June fully equipped—both academically and socially—to thrive during the residential Stevens Pre-College Programs in July.
Admission is by application only and includes an interview. Ideal candidates are driven, curious, and ready to explore careers in engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
